This is my first build, and I just finished it. However, I feel uncomfortable with my build, I started to have a question weather I have a bent pin or not. so I remove a CPU and found this in the socket..

The pin on bottom left is the one I am worrying about and I am not sure that it is bent or not. Feel free to answer.
One more question, I also found this in the socket...

As you can see there is something in there. Will this affect something? Do I have to remove it? How?
