You'd be better off building it yourself. Using a 4690k on a anything but a z board is a waste. Plus there is a very good chance that 800w PSU isn't very good. 16gb is overkill for gaming. 8gb of vram is not going to help unless you are running an very high res and multiple cards. How much were you planning in spending? When can post builds that will give you the best performance for the money and assembling a computer isn't very hard(many instructional videos available on youtube).
GTX 970 is better , also H97/Z97 motherboars are more preferable for i5 , Z97 for i5 4690K
