Is this a bit high voltage? (A8 6500)

So I was looking at CPU-Z and it says "Core VID 1.362 V" and I was wondering isn't this a bit high? It's running at 3.9 Ghz (3892.11 MHz mp x39.0 (14-41) bs 99.80 MHz) that it seems to have put itself at since I put it to run 100% speed with the AMD drivers then uninstalled them so can't change it.


I was also thinking of possibly overclocking it and was wondering how could I measure temp? (no temp monitor has been right for me...)

I don't think its reading it right.. if you were to look at it you would also. about 48-50 C tm with skyrim open in background. I full screen skyrim and within 2 seconds its at 35 C. That is an insane jump in temps...
