Can you tell me if my Intel Core i5 750 ~2.67 GHz (4 cores) is a bottleneck for my Nvidia Zotac Gtx 1050 2gb mini ?

It's hard to say for sure.....but I think it's close and it's definitely possible.
I definitely wouldn't run a GTX 1060 with that CPU.

It’s a reasonable pairing, every system bottlenecks in certain circumstances. However bare in mind in some games that cpu is below the recommended and you will get poor performance regardless of gpu choice.

Depends, but mostly yes.

The I5 dual core won't be able to keep up in many modern games and will introduce stutter and a low framerate.

Yeah, that CPU is over 10 years old, even an FX 8350 would outperform it, time to upgrade.
