Do i have a bottleneck if i have 50-70 cpu usage on Crysis 3 with Intel Core I7 4770K and GTX 780 Ti

If you mean the graphics yes i have ultra on everything but only 2XSMAA. And i just tested Battlefield 4 and i only had 58% cpu usage on ultra settings 🙁

You have good frame rates? If that's true then you don't have a bottle neck at all

Well i never go under 60 fps but everyone else on Youtube has 120fps outside and i only have 70fps on Battlefield 4 :,(

It isn't your CPU a CPU bottleneck would have it at 100% all the time.
