Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)
os: Windows 7 64-bit or Windows 8 64 bit

i cant change the cpu now :c because i have already bought it and the motherboard too.
should i get a 580w power supply?

I think you should get a better PSU if you wanna upgrade that video card to a 280x or 770, get a 600W or 700W depending if you want to have more headroom, i think that board should be able to support a 4770k but as it is if you are gonna upgrade the cpu you could wait till the next gen (year) cpu family, unless you need to do encoding or wanna get a better processor for gaming but i think its a bit pointless to change to a cpu wich will give you too little improvement

Your build is okay, and it is compatable. a name brand 580W supply is plenty for what you have. I would change one thing however. get 2x4gb sticks of memory, this will improve performance a bit since its dual channel.

No need to upgrade your video card untill after a processor upgrade. Your processor is the weakest link at the moment but should be fine for most uses to be honest.
