Is this a compatible and good setup?

I am going to be building a custom PC soon, and I have all the parts ready for order, but I just wanted to get some input from people with more experience to make sure that everything is compatible.

CPU: i3-3220 Ivy Bridge
Motherboard: ASUS P8B75-M
Power Supply: SeaSonic M12II
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB (for programs and games)
SSD: SanDisk 64GB SATA III (just for my OS)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 2x4GB
Case: CoolerMaster HAF 912
CD/DVD Drive: ASUS DRW-24B1ST
Heatsink Fan: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo
GPU: ASUS Radeon HD7870
OS: Windows 8 64-Bit

I got everything from newegg.com and everything total up to $999.89
