Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin
PSU: EVGA 600W ATX 12V/EPS 80 Plus Power Supply

All those parts will work together, but I don't see a video card. The Ryzen 5 1600 doesn't have integrated graphics, so you kinda need one. Other than that you are good to go.
