Question is this a cpu or motherboard error?

Ive built a brand new pc with all new parts and since I built it, the pc has been restarting often mostly during gaming but sometimes outside of gaming too. It doesnt always happen tho. this is the error ive been given:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
