I just installed msi live update from msi's website and ran the live update scan, after it downloaded Network manager Windows defender says that it quarantined a file called Trojan:Win32/Zpedvo.A Should I remove this file? Is it malicious or a driver file? Msi says that I need to disable antiviruses to prevent conflict when using live update utility.

That is call "False Positive", which occurs when a legitimate app is wrongfully flagged as malicious.
MSI Live Update connection to servers is similar to method used on some malware.
If you want to use MSI Live Update you should follow MSI recommendation.
