Pictures link above (dead pixels are the grayish color)

it doesnt look like a dead pixel because the pixels are still on/lighting up or those pixel are perhaps dying
seen other thread and idk if this is the same issue that i have https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...-first-ever-dead-pixel-or-just-stuck.3583513/

additional: same problem with my old tv monitor both of the issue doesnt look like dead pixel

Is that you, Daniel Ricciardo? :p

a dust or a bug that got inside
it couldn't be a bug since it'd probably have it's innards leech downwards when it'd say goodbye in there(that space between the panels). Might want to read through this. If the issue crops up on another panel the same way, maybe try and replace the cable. What is your display output source? Make and model of your panel(s)?

my output is vga already replaced the old one since its long and has issues, the monitor is lenovo d24-20 (va panel) and i think the vga on the mobo is kinda broken and causes this static lines on the monitor the mobo has only vga no dvi nor hdmi Im saving up for a gpu for its hdmi

Ill try to use the old vga and see if the problem remains
