Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL)

Case: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-02 Red LED Mid-Tower Gaming Case (CC-9011051-WW)

MotherBoard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 Socket AM3+ AMD 970/SB950
OR
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P (rev. 1.0) Socket AM3+ AMD 970+SB950 Chipset

Power Supply: EVGA 600 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 600W Active PFC ATX12V

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB

GPU: Sapphire Radeon 7770 GHz edition(11201-02)
Planning on upgrading to Sapphire R9 270X 4gb OC edition when I have the $$$
Going to be running windows 8

So What do you guys think? All help is appreciated.

Looks good! The CPU cooler and case will fit, but it'll be really close.

For the HDD, get a Seagate Barracuda 1TB instead: http://hdd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/WD-Black-1TB-2013-vs-Seagate-Barracuda-720014-1TB/1822vs1849

And for the GPU, depending on what the price of a 270X is, a 280 might actually be either the same price or really close. In either of those scenarios, you should go the the 280.

I can get the R9 270X 4gb OC edition for about 190-200, I think I should go for it.
