This is going to be my first time building a PC, I started off with a $450 budget and was trying to get the best performance for the money, I just need help if these are the parts I really want to go to, (Updates along the way included), If I already bought the parts, can I know your opinions on the parts?

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g
Cooler: Wrath Cooler w/ cpu
RAM: Patriot signature DDR4 2666 2x4 (BOUGHT)
MoBo: GA AB350M DS3H (BOUGHT)
GPU: rx 570 4gb OR/ (if relase early) rx 3060
PSU: 450W bronze (BOUGHT)
Case: Corsair Carbide Mid Tower or/ some other cheap case under 40
STORAGE: Kingston A400 120gb (BOUGHT)

p.s. the b350 mobo has the "Ryzen desktop 2000 ready" sticker, assuming it will work with the ryzen 3 2200g, (hopefully bc I will have to borrow a 1st gen ryzen for bios update)

I didnt have that much money for the power supply so I went with a Rosewill ARC 80+ bronze,
the storage is only 120gb for now, I am planning to purchase a WD 1tb hhd for my games and files, and put on the ssd windows.

so ,

What do you think?

my main questions,

1. Will the ryzen 3 2200 bottleneck the rx 570 / rx 3060 (iyo)
2. is the rosewill psu reliable and wont fry my system?
3. Do you have any suggestions for the parts I didnt buy?
3. your thoughts?

Solution
PSU is a little light on quality and power. Not a very good choice. PSU is the last place to skimp and save money.
Hopefully the board BIOS is updated.
A400 SSD's don't last very long.
