Is this a decent build for 300 CAD

Hi guys. I want a gaming pc and some guy is selling this build.I think its a good build however i havent had a gaming pc ever. So i want to know if this build for 300 CAD is good.
Specs:
Zotac geForce GTX 1050(NOT TI) 2gb OC
Intel i5 2400S(old processor i know)
8gb ram
320 GB hdd
I think he is using a prebuilt optiplex so the motherboard,psu and case are already there.these are the games i want to play.Also,will this build be upgradable?

Not worth it. It's old junk, other than the GTX1050, which is barely usable at mid setting for the games you mentioned.

The 2400s is th real turnoff here. It's a substansial amount slower than the 2400 (which should be as low as you go for todays games).

This pc will struggle in gta V and far cry 4 due to the real weak cpu but others are fine.
