Is this a decent build worth the money??

Guy on craigslist selling his rig to me $500. Im mainly looking for the best performance to cost ratio. His deal includes 12 games (BF4, AC4, 2k14 etc...) not bad.

Here are his specs (I was hoping someone would let me know, Jump? or dont jump?):

Processor: AMD Phenom IIx4 940BE (quad core @ 3.4GHz) (3yrs old)
Mobo: Asus M3a78-T (3 yrs old)
RAM: 8gb 800Mhz Dual channel DDR2 (1 yr old)
GPU: MSI AMD Radeon 6700 (1 yr old)
HDD: Seagate 500Gb 7200 RPM (Brand New)
Optical: Lite on DVD-rw

NOTE: He claims his PC has never been over 55 degrees C.

What exactly about the rig turned you off? I could just change the user name and password before I purchase it.

Horrible Build for the price I mean a radeon 6700 in a $500 build is a rip off and a 3yr old cpu.. build your own
