Don't get a case with a power supply included because the PSUs suck and it will likely break your computer. Get a corsair 500m you can find those for around $40 maybe less. You actually might want to go for a cx600 because it will last you much longer and leaves room for upgrading. I got mine for $50 with a $20 mail in rebate so $30. For a case it is pretty much whatever you want. Just make sure i has good cable management and cooling. For my first build, I went with an NZXT Phantom 410 for $85 because it is sexy and has good cooling options and good cable management. Also, I would get an fx 8320 as it will be good for future games etc. and it's only $20 more. Getting rid of your DVD drive will give you enough for that considering you don't need one. Also, for the motherboard I recommend a Gigabyte motherboard such as the 970A-DS3P for only $70 and sometimes you can find a D3P for around $60 which is an even better motherboard which I currently have.

Here was my first build:

Well you can't expect too much from a 7790 but you should be able to play almost every game on high settings if not ultra with at least 30 fps. If you go to a gtx 650 ti boost, a 7850, a 7870, or an r9 270x you can expect much more.
