I want to play & record high quality games.
Preferably i'd like it under £900, so if there's anything I can change, please let me know 😛

RAM must be 2 or 4 sticks, not 3. Thought I'd grab 1866 too.
I'd swap out the case for a little better one.
And switch the PSU for sure.

EDIT. You could grab 2x8GB instead. Better if you want to record and game on high as hell.

I've recently managed to up my budget a little
How's this build?
Is it worth going for the i7 4770k or can I stick with the i5?
I might have to drop my video card if I go up to i7?

I like the upgrades, but 2 IPS monitors is great for movies and photo work but not so great for fast gaming. I'd suggest grabbing a fast TN panel monitor and IPS one too. I do this. I game on one and watch movies on other.
