Is this a decent build

I built a gaming PC on a budget, I spent £664.69 including VAT

Do you think there are any bottlenecks/ any issues with this build, aside from the PSU (I didn't know VS series was not for gaming but it seems to work fine even though I have been gaming for a month)

Also, it only has the one case fan (included on the back of the case with the case), and it gets quite hot sometimes, should I buy 2 more case fans for the 2 slots at the top of the case?

It's mostly fine, except for the PSU as you already know. That's more a problem down the line though.
A couple more fans for pull air out of the case at the top wouldn't hurt. But I think you should also put some fans in the front for intake if they aren't already there. I can't tell from the specs sheet if there are intake fans in the front or not.

It turns out there is the one rear fan (exhaust), which I already have by default, and the remaining fan mounts are: 2 at the front, 2 at the top.

In this case (pun intended lol), will 1 front intake, 1 top exhaust suffice, or should I get 2 top exhaust, 2 front intake.

Or should I make it a positive pressure system by buying 2 intake fans with dust filters for the front and then not buying any exhaust?

Also, should I get a fan controller?

Unless planning to upgrade the CPU to a K model soon, could have saved some money by going with the H170 Pro Gaming (don't need the Z with a non-K CPU as you can't OC the the non K 6600.

The VS isn't highly regarded as a PSU but for your rig has the power and some to spare, so it should suffice

Believe it should have a front intake, regardless I'd go two fron intake and possibly 1 exhaust on top
