no overclocking means not getting a z77 board. so id recommend this. has a pretty substantial SSD. a 7970 is cheaper than the 670 but 30 bucks, so id suggest that over the msi power edition 670.

Thanks for the list but I've heard a lot about the 670 having better drivers and is just better than the 7970 without overclocking. Is this true?

i personally dont have much of a problem recommending both. the 670 does have more stable drivers but then it costs more, performs a tad wores, and doesnt come with free games. just pick one of them. both will be great

Since you're not overclocking and don't have an unlocked CPU you can ditch the Evo since it's really not going to add anything except a huge hunk of aluminum sticking out the side of your mobo.
