Is this a decent computer?

Hello, I found a computer that I want to buy but i'm not sure if it's that great. I want to play games like CS:GO, DayZ, Fable, Skyrim and the list goes on...
Intel Core i5 4440 3.1 GHz Dual
6 MB Cache
RAM:8GB DDR3 SDRAM
1TB HDD
Graphicprocessor:AMD Radeon R5 235
Windows 8.1 64-bit

Or should I choose another computer, I found another one and it had Quad instead of dual, but the downside of that computer was that it had Windows 8. Should I buy the one with quad or the one above with Windows 8.1?

is a 4 core cpu the i3 is a two core cpu.

is a very weak card lower then the 7770 gpu.
would look at other pc or build your own.

The video card is terrible, according to AMD, it is meant for multimedia and general purpose computing, not gaming.
The CPU is good and so is the RAM. Make sure you get a computer with at least the following types of video cards:

R7 260X (for AMD), or if you prefer Nvidia, at least a GTX 660.
