I'm from Canada, I'll be using this machine mainly for gaming and light Mastercam usage.

I mainly want a system with a solid GPU that I can get for under $1500 Canadian. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I prefer a case with a glass panel because I'm partial to the look.

Looks pretty good except for two problems:
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
You will easily max that as your GPU's 8GB will want to communicate with the RAM too. Buy 2x8GB (16GB). Anything above 2400MHz won't make too much difference. Don't give yourself a headache to save some money.
EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Good power supplies last a long time. You will probably upgrade again later on. Buy a bigger one to make it future proof.
EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 750W 80+ GolD (10 year warranty)
The 650W version is good too but not much price difference.

Good Luck.
