Sunny, Do you have the link to the laptop you're speaking about?
The integrated graphics like Intel will suck to the point of making you mad, or it would make me mad. 4GBs of RAM is barely enough to run Win7 let alone anything else. I would recommend at least 8GB's of RAM. Here's a link on benchmarks for mobile graphics cards. http://www.notebookcheck.net/Mobile-Graphics-Cards-Benchmark-List.844.0.html

If you are looking for gaming I would recommending going desktop, that way you can always upgrade it later down the road when the funds come around.

What you've is a very basic laptop target to do day to day office/home work. You can't really call it as a gaming laptop. Having said that read the following:

"The HD Graphics (Bay Trail) is based on the Intel Gen7 architecture, which supports DirectX 11 and is also found in the Ivy Bridge series (e.g. HD Graphics 4000). With only 4 EUs (Execution Units) and a relatively low clock speed of 313 - 854 MHz, the GPU is even slower than the HD Graphics (Ivy Bridge). Therefore, only older and less demanding games will run fluently. Compared to the HD Graphics in the slower Pentium N3510, the N3520 is clocked 14 % faster (750 vs. 854 MHz)."

On GTA V or any graphics intensive modern games, you may experience frequent stuttering, even if you scale down all possible graphical fidelity to bare minimum.

i don't have a lot of money. I would have to save up for a desktop, i would like a keyboard, mouse and a monitor, i was thinking of building one then i would pick for the specs that I want. Could you tell me what CPU and graphic card that are good for Assassin's creed Unity? then I would have an idea.

I understand. I would stick with Intel socket 1150 i5's quad core roughly $200, GPU currently a Nvidia 960 4gb (not 2gb) for $230 just for future games and extra monitor. Once you get a budget we can help with recommendations just post on the forums with help building. You can get a pretty kick ass machine for around $1000 USD.
