I'm looking forward to assemble my own gaming pc and these are the components that I have in mind:

1)Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2×8gb) ddr4 lpx 2400 MHz
2)Gigabyte ga270x gaming 7
3)Intel i7 7700k
4)Zotac GTX 1070TI amp! Extreme 8gb ddr5
5)Corsair CX750 PSU
6)Samsung 850 Evo 250gb Ssd

Is this decent enough to play latest titles or any replacements??

your budget allows you to get a monster rig

Quite easily on very high to max settings. Which monitor are you using? Why the 7700K? Money? Add in a H110i, H115i, Hraken X62, Noctua NH D15 or a Cryorig H1 for cooling. The 7700K gets abnormally warm and therefore needs better cooling.

That's too much PC for that monitor. It will easily support a 1440p or a 144Hz monitor. That little monitor won't challenge it at all and therefore v-sync is recommended because you will seriously exceed 60FPS on most if not all AAA titles.

Can you suggest a few monitors please?

I really can't improve upon that build. I would buy a 1440p or a 144Hz monitor. 1440p if you are all about the details or 144Hz if you are all about speed.

A 144Hz monitor will look and feel smoother than a 60Hz monitor. A 1440p monitor is for those who love the eye candy. I'd side with a 144Hz monitor.

The budget was also for the monitor. I apologize if I am missing something.

A lower budget build can easily drop the SSD. At this level I would instead choose a 500GB SSD and drop the platter based drive, which you can add in later. It wouldn't do much for the price but from a performance perspective I'd rather have the bulk of my current games on the SSD.

This is the actual price :

Intel i7-8700k : 32,449/-
Noctua CPU cooler : 9,756/-
Asus ROG strix motherboard : 16,410+670(Shipping) =14,080/-
Corsair Ram (2×16)= 12,250/-
Samsung ssd : 6,995/-
Internal hdd : 3,403/-
Gtx 1070ti amp extreme : 46,000/-
Phanteks mid tower case : 9,660+7,190(S) = 16,850/-
Antec PSU : 7,998+1, 170(S)= 9,168/-
Viewsonic monitor : 22,731+2,505(S)= 25,236/-

Total : 1, 76,187/-

So, it exceeds by 1,76,187-1,47,755 = 28,432 Rupees.

It's okay though I'll replace the cooler, monitor and cabinet with cheaper ones

yes keep the "bones" of the build and just change what you can to get the price down
