Is this a decent/good gaming laptop?

Solution
That's a good laptop. Just enable max performance and play with charger attached, otherwise you'll damage the battery. Will give you a small boost. It's resolution is 1366x768- no problems playing games. I will get back to you if I manage to find a better deal.
You won't be getting the best FPS out of any games you play. Probably at best you're only gonna be getting around the 30FPS-60FPS mark at low-mid graphical settings depending on what games you're aiming to play.

What about games that are slightly older, or not as graphic depending such as Counter Strike Global Offensive, Minecraft, or even older Call of Duty's like CoD World at world or CoD 4?

Still the same, you won't be getting any fantastic performance for any games you want to play. Reason being the CPU and GPU are so under-powered.
