Question Is this a decent PC for gaming Low presets, 60fps at 1080p?

Just to be upfront I know I could build a good one, that's better, but I have no desire lol. Anyway input is helpful looking for something in this price range.

HP pc's are not built to be upgraded.
They use proprietary parts.
If you will never want more, then ok.
The lenovo legion units are more standard.

Thanks all, I plan in regards to none upgradeable, to only use it for the life time of the current gaming theme so with Witcher 3 already fading thats one I play, another is Classic WoW, then I'd like to play Hogwarts Legacy and Diablo 4 on it on those settings , Diablo 4 already works are far less with the low preset. So I'll check out the other PC but the HP is tempting.
