Is this a decent pc to upgrade?

Hello, I have recently been looking to get into pc gaming and am looking for a good basic computer that I can install a new gpu into. I am on a budget hoping to keep the price around 500 dollars. I’ve linked a computer below that, based on my very limited knowledge, seemed like a good building block. I am not sure, however, if a new gpu would fit in a computer that size. If this does not seem like a good choice or you can find a better one please let me know

I would not go for it because the processor is 4 generations old, we do not know about the PSU, it is refurbished so I would be wary as well as it is quite thin so it would limit upgrades.

One issue right now is that graphics cards are overly expensive due to cryptocurrency mining. You're better off buying a prebuilt PC that already has a graphics card in it.
