Main purpose is gaming, I officially order it tomorrow for next day delivery.

Little over budget, but is completely worth it. Huge performance gain. Pair it with 1440p monitor and get best gaming experience. All high quality components. That motherboard BIOS can be updated without the requirement of old CPU and RAM. 1440P there is minimal difference between Intel and AMD but the gain you get from going with RTX 2080 Ti over RTX 2080 is huge.

List is incomplete and incorrect. There is no i7 7900kf, there is an i9 7900x but it is not compatible with your motherboard, there is a i9 9700kf that is.
You have no cpu cooler listed and as mentioned above we need the make and model of the PSU as it is a critical component.
