I want to build a computer to run games like bf3 on ultra at lease 50+ fps and the same for DayZ so is this going to achieve that?

AMD FX 6300 6-CORE BLACK EDITION CPU 3.5Hz 95W- 145.00

Corsair 8GB kit (2x4GB) DDR3 CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 1600MHz Unbuffered CL 9 Memory- 68.00

Xigmatek XLF-F1251 120mm Black Fan- 9.00

Samsung SATA Black Internal DVDRW Drive 1- 19.00

Western Digital 1TB SATA3 HDD 64M Caviar Blue WD10EZEX- 66.50

ASRock 970_EXTREME4- 104.00
TP-LINK TL-WN781ND 150Mbps Wireless PCI Express Adapter- 13.00

Sapphire HD7870 OC 2G 256Bit GDDR5 PCIE3.0- 229.00

Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Mid Tower Case With 500W PSU -69.00

with some things missing and shipping and such it comes to $770 and thats about my limit so will this achieve good fps on those games?

I would say get rid of the wireless adapter unless you absolutely need it

Drop the case down to ~$50 one

You only would need a 550W PSU if you havent picked one out yet

Drop HDD down to a 500GB use extra money to get a intel CPU, if you live by microcenter you are close to being able to get a 3570K, then switch the MoBo to Z77

i do need the wireless card, the case and psu is a good deal, the hard drive down-grade is a waste and intel is overpriced and unnecessary

Do your thing decent build

Downgrading an HDD is not a waste, most people dont even use over 200MB unless they download a lot, you could also just as easily add another HDD down the line when you get more money. So that the money you have right now goes towards the CPU/GPU

I see the case comes with a 550W PSU, whats the brand of it and is it certified at all? Cause mostly PSU that come with Cases and usually Tier 4 types which basically means trash and it could end up hurting your rig in the long run. If not give me a link to the item where your getting it from.

But hey your Rig your money Im just posting my 2 cents to help ya out to get the best bang for your buck

I would get an intel CPU after reading this: Best gaming CPU 2013 Apr for the money

I would get the Nvidia equivalent gfx as I found it to have much less frame stutter in BF3.
An SSD would benefit your gaming by reducing load times and micro stutter in games.
Here is some substance to what I am saying:
Toms 7990 Benchmark

I would actually increase your PSU to 600W if there was an option like that, remembering that PSUs lose efficiency overtime depending on load.

Hope this helps.
