[SOLVED] IS this a fake graphic card?

Solution
That's a fake BIOS too--look closely at the specs, the shaders run twice as fast as the core clock so the newest it could be is a Fermi. It even says it uses a GF106 board so it's a GTS 450 OEM 512MB, which has a 144:24:16 configuration at 783/1566MHz core with 128-bit 902MHz GDDR5 (effective speed 3608MHz)

Just for clarification, the 512MB is in reference to the BIOS size, not the amount of VRAM.

EDIT: but, of course, the site itself gives warning that it's unverified, and I will defer to @BFG-9000 's expertise for the rest of the info. Between the unverified BIOS and that the seller's information is incomplete/unclear, I'd avoid it.
