Question Is this a fake server?

Hello everyone so i have this friend here who is saying that he owns a server(his personal server)
He sent me a screenshot of the ookla speed test
So i need you all to please verify and then confirm whether he truly gets that much internet speed or it is a fake server
I need to prove it that he is lying so can anyone of you prove that he is lying
I know it seems silly
But if anyone proves him wrong then it would be a great help

If he has leased a server in a hosting farm that has 10GE, it is possible. So it really depends on what "he owns a server" means. If it it at his residence, then 3Gb would be very expensive or impossible.

Actually he is just a student
And his specs are i3 5th gen
4gb ram ddr3
it is impossible to own a server for him
I just want to know whether these are his internet downloading speed
In Delhi, India it is impossible to get even 1 gbps and he has more than 2gbps downloading speed in the speed test

That is impossible to determine with the info you have. There are ways it could be technically possible. A 2ms ping means it is co-located with the speedtest server. Again, that would mean renting or leasing a server in a hosting facility. I have no way to know if he paid a few $ to rent some time on a server in AWS or Google.
