1) If you don't want to oc the cpu get the i5 4590+H97 and the budget will be under $900.
2) If you want to keep the i5 4690K, I change the MB to Z97, and, PSU to XFX 550W, the case the elite because it has the USB3.0, the one you list in the link that does not have the USB3.0 port. I also change the HDD to Seagate 1TB too.
