It's okay for medium to high gaming at 1080p

Looks like a budget gaming pc. But you will be able to play most of the games just fine as R9 270x is a very good mid range card.
One thing I'd like to suggest you that if possible change the Power supply. Get one from Seasonic or Corsair. Fsp Hexa is not that reliable brand.
