That is a pretty balanced build... I would not get the 4gb video card though... 2gb version will be plenty its not powerful enough to take advantage of more than 2gb unless you are going to get two of them and crossfire.

Overclocking is really up to. The CPU can OC quite nicely and very stably with CPU cooler listed, just don't take it too far ;)

i had another question, if i got new better parts for my already built pc, will i just take it apart and put the new parts in and take the old parts out?

The FX6300 is two years old now. I would save money by getting a new i3 + H97 motherboard that will support the next gen Intel cpus.
