I cant afford to go any higher than 750$
Because thats the budget my parents gave me

what cpu? you have liked the gpu twice, also you could go for a cheaper case, like an antec 300 or even 200, that will save you a fair amount

You need to tell us what your cpu is. Like siege_templar already mentioned, your link is not to a cpu. The Rosewill Challenger is also a good cheap case.

$750 is getting close to the range of a Phenom II x4 build. There isn't much fat to be trimmed in that intel build.
