Is this a good 900(US Dollar) PC build?

I will be using this PC for gaming and I would like to know your opinions on this build. CPU + MB + Cooler - You have an H110 board (non-overclocking) paired with a K series CPU (overclocking) which is a bit of a mismatch. Look toward a non-k series CPU, and also the H170 platform. The board below has built-in WiFi and BT.
CPU Cooler - Not needed. The stock cooler will be fine.
MEM - H110 / H170 are "limited" to DDR4-2133. No need to go over...
SSD - Look toward Crucial or Samsung. Also, 64GB is not large enough for anything more than JUST the OS. 120GB minimum, or 240+ preferred.

this was a good build when asrock was still free to enable Sky OC on locked cpu socketed on Z170 boards, but the company removed the Bios versions and we have no news about the possibility for new to boards to get a 100% working OLD Bios (especially if they get a silent revision). I 'd advise to get a 6500 for the higher clock spending 20$ more and saving for a h170 board and 2133mhz memory

You could cut the price a little by getting a h170 board but I couldn't find cheaper ram. Having the possibility of faster ram was worth the $5-10 in my opinion.

Get a higher quality PSU, better CPU cooler, and a samsung evo SSD. Probably 250GB or 120 MINIMUM.
