Is this a Good "Bang for the buck" Gaming PC Build or?

This is my first Gaming PC Build, or any PC Build of any sort. I'm trying to go with every component "bang for the buck." I did a lot of research regarding all the parts of the PC, and I'm wondering if I can go any cheaper in any type of way for around the same performance and price range. I don't know if I should get a third party CPU Cooler or if the cooler that comes with my choice of CPU is enough. And regarding the games I would want to play, any. I change preference in games constantly, and I want the build to run any or most games at decent performance. So basically, is the PC Build good as it is, or what would you guys change/recommend? Should I add any components? Any recommendations/comments appreciated

If you wait for 8/14 RX 470s perform better than the GTX 1050 Ti for about the same price.
