I want to build my first PC for less than 400 USD so is this list a good choice?

CPU: AMD FX-6300
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Elite 4GB
PS: CORSAIR CX series CX430
Case: Corsair Graphite Series 230T

Already have the monitor and the HDD


PS: Im not a very gaming guy, just occasional games, dont need 16RAM, or a Graphics Card right now, maybe later...

I'd go with a cheaper case (that case is too expensive for your price point). You should also get a HDD and i might go for an i3 4150

I like that Build, could I use other graphics card to go cheaper(only need to plug the monitor/tv)? maybe in some time will spend some extra money but right now only want the basic

k i might go with a XFX Radeon R9 270 its good for still being only 150

The cheapest 270 here in the U.S. is about $125ish after MIR, so for $25 more the 280 is a better deal. It is up to you on what you want to do, but if your going to go with a cheaper GPU, the 260x is a good option for now for about $100 or so.
