Is this a good budget build?

Hello, I am going to build a gaming pc with the i5 2400. I have a i5 2400 laying around. Is it good for gaming 2015?
Here are specs:

EVGA GTX 970 FTW+
EVGA 600w bronze
Kingston hyper X 8gb (2x4)
ASROCK B75M-GL R2.0 Motherboard
Corsair Hydro Series H55
Corsair 100r Case

Is this a good build for gaming? Will it bottleneck?

Wow a GTX 970 is a 'budget' build option 😛

Seriously though, an i5 2400 is still a great cpu. I doubt it will hold back the 970, unless you play a very badly threaded old game (e.g. WOW or Starcraft), and then you'll still be getting crazy high fps regardless 😛
