Is this a good budget build for my friend? What types of games could this run (and couldn't run)? Is there any parts that I should replace for just as good cheaper ones? Any other recommended changes are appreciated! THANKS!! :)

Solution
It's an OK build, but will be limited by the graphics card. You could build a Skylake setup with a stronger CPU and GPU for a little more, but would be a much better gaming rig.

Are USB 2.0 Wi-fi Adapters just as good as PCIE x1 Adapters?
