Is this a good budget build?

Its a good build and you can always upgrade your gpu in the futere! Dont worry about bottlenecks so much, first it doesn't usually happen much exept gou buy a core to duo with a titan X.

Check i5 4460. It gives more performance than i5-6500, and you will have money left for buying other extra stuff.
Xeon E3-1231v3 is also worth checking out. It gives 4 cores and 8 threads.

And bottlecks won't happen in any of the builds as they all have more than 2 cores

That's a great build, i would though recommend that instead of the GDOC version you get the MSI 960 gaming 2G. I've had much better experience with them. And you also don't need an air cooler, the i5 6500 rarely goes above 55 on maximum loads on a stock CPU
