Yes it look all good but change your powersupply as the one you have picked is trash they are very low end,
look at this and try and get one from tier 1 or 2 http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html dont cheap out
on your powersupply

You can overclock with the ASRock B150 Gaming Hyper motherboard, if you can find it. So if you pair it with an i5-6400, you'll have a cheaper CPU+mobo combo yet better performance. You can also run DDR4-2800 with the ASRock Gaming Hyper, use that to your advantage.

It will probably destroy my budget. I have a budget of 1100$
(May be different, using NOK[10.000NOK])

abandon completely corsair low end psu. they start to be decent from RMi, RMx, get the XFX TS or an Antec EA Green if you are on a budget.

R9 380/r9 380x are more powerful than gtx960 and cost the same
