At least according to partpicker, the 880k has been $10-15 cheaper even though it's only showing $6 cheaper now. If you can get the 860k for $64, that's a pretty good deal.

Anyway, your build is probably the best you can do for your budget. If anything, I would try to get a more reliable psu. The one you selected isn't terrible, but it's not really made to last very long.
