Is this a good budget build?

I have limited funds and wanted a solid desktop for moderate gaming. What I do most though is photoshop and moderate video editing. I was thinking this would give me the most production per buck. let me know if there's anything you advise me changing.

I know there is only one stick of ram but I plan on getting a second 8gb stick of ram in the near future

PSU is poor. get a CXM450 or a XFX TS / PRO / CORE 450W or a Seasonic S12II-520

instead of the Zotac mini I'd go with a regular sized card. they're usually only marginally more expensive and run way better
