Is this a good budget build?

Please help me decide on my second build. I already have an Antec 300 case and an optical drive. I'm trying to stay under 850 after tax (I live in Cali) This is what I have so far:

That looks to be a decent build, there's probably a little bit more you can advance on while still stating within your budget. I'd recamend going with a 64bit OS rather than 32bit, there the same price. I'd also recamend trying to get the OS with a bundle on a PSU. You should probably need only 750W, at minimum a 650W. When do you plan on buying? What's your monitor's resolution?
