It might struggle with the Back to Karkand maps, but it'll survive. I would up the ante on your GPU - try to fit a 7850 in your budget. You're otherwise good to go

Yes - you should be able to run High settings with FXAA @ 40fps or so.

Maybe get the HAF 912 instead of the 922 unless looks are really important for you. From there you can upgrade your gpu a little bit. I agree with game junky, try to fit at least a 6870 in your budget, ideally a 7850. You could also go with a 560 ti for a little less than the 7850.
