Is this a good budget gaming PC build??

I would like to make a Budget Gaming PC and I found a bunch of parts that I think would be good. I am new to PC builds so I dont really no what is good. I want it to be able to run games like BF3 but will mainly be using it for games like Diablo 3. I would also like it to be under $800. This is what I was thinking:

All of this comes up to about $683. Is that everything I will need and is it good enough to run those games and is it just good in general?? Thanks for your help

I would not recommend that Coolmax power supply. They make junk units.

Go with something from Corsair, Antec, or Seasonic.

The eXtreme Power Plus is not that good of a power supply.

Better CPU, way better GPU and you'll be saving money. Your PSU will also be better.
