first thing, cut that cpu cooler out. You're not going to overclock with that hardware so the stock cooler will do just fine for you. It's only $15 but with your budget it might help a little

Yeah I was thinking with a budget like that 4gb should be good for ram and hard drive space is easy to upgrade later...

no one you know has a copy of windows you could snag? that would save you $80 which would do wonders for getting a better GPU

The most intense game I would want to play would be Planetside 2 the game I play most right now is probably garry's mod and Kerbal Space Program. I may want to potentially play BF4 but I would have upgraded it by that point.
