So I've been wanting to build a desktop for a while now, and this is the one I came up with :http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DJCHyc
Any way to improve/change it?

If you are limited to $715 budget, then there is nothing really to Improve
I just changed your Case, since the Deepcool comes with 5 Fans already
Just don't overclock your GPU, because that PSU is not good at all.

I've actually redone my PC build. How does this look?

You don't need Z97 mobo for that CPU. Get any H97 mobo & get the 4GB model of GTX 960

Yes but I was looking to go for a Red and Black theme and this mobo seemed to best suit the theme... guess I'll have to keep looking.
EDIT:
Here's what I've come up with: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Lgkg6h
Cheaper case and mobo. Mobo looks the same and has generally the same features, case looks about as good as the NZXT case so I'm happy with that.

Get the MSI or ASUS GTX 960 to make your system Red-Black theme,
