Yes it's not bad. I just changed out the PSU as that EVGA is known to have issues. It's slightly over budget, but not too much. As you progress, consider upgrading the CPU to an i5, and maybe an SSD.

Decent , at that budget you can get a 570 in there though , far better GPU.
