Is this a good budget pc??

So my new build will be a budget gaming pc and a power saving machine. The main specs are this- CPU- pentium g850/860. Ram- 4gb DDR3. GPU- hd 7750. Monitor-none using tv/1080p. OS-windows 7 64. So how will this build perform with new titles?? I think I can run Bf3 at med/high @720p. Arkham city high @720/1080p. Skyrim max @720p. ME3 max @720p. Battlefield bc2 max @720p. What do you guys think??? Ps. I would really love to keep the pentium. Why??? Because when ivy bridge arrives, sandy bridge should go down and I can grab an i5. GPU. I only have $150us to spend on it. And I won't get a AMD 6000 or a Nvidia 500- they use more power compared to to new cards coming this month or next month

Also, make sure you're getting a good PSU. I need to know more. Give us the parts you think you'll need and a budget and that should be a start.

For the parts I pretty much just said them. My budget will be around $400-$500us.
